Beans With Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh green beans
2 T Red wine vinegar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Sugar
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 t Garlic powder
3 T Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in  jar
with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing  over
beans and toss well.  NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips
steamed with the  beans make a colorful addition. Recipe by: Nancy
