INGREDIENTS

1 T Diet margarine, or margarine
2 c Green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Onion, diced
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
Other spices, such as
cumin as desired
1 T Flour
10 oz Refrigerated white bread
loaf Pipin' Hot
1 Egg, beaten
Caraway seeds
Horseradish sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

One hour before serving, in 10" skillet over Medium heat, in
margarine, cook cabbage and onion until coated with butter. Cover and
cook over Low heat for 10 minutes. Add ground beef to skillet. Cook
until not pink. Reduce heat. Add salt, pepper and other spices, if
using. Add 1 Tbsp. flour. Cook for 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove
from heat. Preheat oven to 350ø. On lightly floured surface, cut
bread loaf into 4 equal pieces. With floured rolling pin, roll each
pieces to 6x4" oval. Brush edges with 1 beaten egg. Spoon 1/4 of beef
mixture on half of each oval. Fold dough over filling. Pinch edge to
seal. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake for 25
minutes utnil golden brown. Serve warm with horseradish sauce.  Recipe
