INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the soup mix, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey and the 2
teaspoons oil in a bowl.
Add the meat and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 15-60 minutes.
Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan or wok.
Add the meat and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and water to the pan and cook, stirring, for a
further 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
Serve over cooked spaghetti or vermicelli.
