INSTRUCTIONS
In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, basil, pepper and garlic
until meat is browned. Stir in soups, water and 1 c. cheese. Add macaroni.
Pour into a 2-quart baking dish and cover with remaining cheese. Bake at
400F for 25 minutes.
