3 | T | Soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Beef broth |
1/2 | c | Water |
1 | t | Sugar |
1 | T | Cornstarch |
3 | T | Oil |
3/4 | lb | Pea pods |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut beef in chunks, slice onion. Combine soy sauce, beef broth, water, sugar and cornstarch. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry beef until browned. Take beef out of pan and keep on the side. Add oil and fry onion. Add soy sauce mixture and heat until thick. Add meat and pea pods, heat through and serve.
