INGREDIENTS

1 t Oil
1/2 lb Boneless beef sirloin, cut
in 1/2" cubes
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 c Water
2 10.5-oz condensed
vegetarian vegetable soup
1/4 c Uncooked elbow macaroni, 1
oz
2 T Chopped fresh parsley, if
desired

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef
and garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.  Add remaining
ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium;  simmer 15
minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.  CALORIES:
