INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
