INSTRUCTIONS
Wrap tortillas in foil and place in large non-stick skillet over medium
heat for 5 minutes, turning once. Remove from skillet and turn heat to
high; add oil. Add beef; cook and stir about 2 minutes. Add peppers and
onion; cook, stir 3 minutes longer or until until tender. Stir in salsa and
cumin and heat through. Fill tortillas with beef mixture; sprinkle with
desired toppings and serve immediately.
Suggested toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheddar cheese
