INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fresh lime juice
1 tb Garlic; crushed
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c White vinegar
1 Beef skirt steak; about 3/4-inch thick

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix lime juice, garlic, oil and vinegar in glass container or
resealable plastic bag; place steak in container. Marinate, covered,
2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain steak; discard marinade.
Grill steak over hot coals. Cut steak into strips and serve in flour
tortillas.
