INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the beef and oyster sauce and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the onions and mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Season to taste, add the water chestnuts and heat through.
