INGREDIENTS

1 Beaten egg
2 T Cornstarch
2 t Instant minced onion
1/2 t Dry mustard
1/4 t Chili powder
1/2 t Salt
8 oz Ground beef, up to 10
2 Potatoes, peeled/quartered
2 Carrots, sliced
1 Onion, quartered
8 oz Tomatoes OR stewed tomatoes
or more
1 Beef bouillon cube
3 T Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion,
dry mustard, chili powder and salt. Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into 6-8 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes.
Placei n 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix
together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat
and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 ° until vegetables are tender,
