INSTRUCTIONS
(For 2 Lbs fish)
Mix eggs, lager & oil. Stir in flour & spices. Stir-it-up till smooth.
Leave batter runny. Rotate fish/food as it cooks & brown in small
batches for 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
