Beer Sauce For Baked Fish

INGREDIENTS

1 c Medium white sauce
1 c Grated cheddar cheese
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t Paprika
1 t Mustard
1 c Beer
1 T Capers

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine white sauce, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and
mustard. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beer slowly while
stirring; add capers. Serve hot with baked fish fillets From the  files
