INGREDIENTS

| 1 | c | Vinegar |
| 1 | c | Beet juice |
| 1 | ts | Whole cloves |
| 1 | Stick cinnamon | |
| 1 | ts | Ground black pepper |
| 1 | Lemon, sliced | |
| 3 | cn | Small whole beets, drained except for the one cup used above (up to 4) |
INSTRUCTIONS
