Belly’s Paluxy River Sweet Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Dark molasses
1/2 c Pure maple syrup
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Corn oil
1/2 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Good cider vinegar
1 c Bourbon
3/4 c Ketchup
2 tb Fresh garlic; minced
2 Yellow onions; minced
1/4 c Dark brown sugar
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper; to taste
Black pepper; to taste
Salt; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all together and let cook on low heat for about 1/2 hour to 1
hour. Taste. Add red pepper, black pepper & salt to your taste. Let
set over night and reheat before serving.
NOTES : Try this on your pork, it good also to eat on bread or red
beans.
