Benihana’s Salad Dressing (vegan)

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Peanut oil
2 T Rice wine vinegar
2 T Water
1 T Chopped ginger root
1 T Chopped celery
1 T Soy sauce
1 1/2 t Tomato paste
1 1/2 t Sugar
1 t Lemon juice
1 ds Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

The chef at benihana's san fransisco gave me a xerox of his secret
recipe book for my birthday so, here is the real one-and-only
behinana's ginger dressing straight from the guys in charge.  Combine
all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process  until
