INGREDIENTS

1 c Milk
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 T Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

pn Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla extract 3 c Fresh blueberries, raspberri
Strawberries Recipe by: Taste of Home In saucepan, scald milk.  Combine
egg and sugar in a bowl; stir in small amount of hot milk.  Return all
to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,  until mixture
thickens slightly and coats a spoon, about 15 min.  Remove from heat;
stir in salt and vanilla. Chill at least 1 hour.  Serve over berries.
