1 | c | Raspberries, picked over |
1 | c | Strawberries, hulled and cut |
in half | ||
3 | T | Orange juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min. Roll out puff pastry sheet to a rectangle. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Pure cottage cheese, orange zest and sugar in a food processor or blender 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Combine raspberries, strawberries and orange juice in a bowl and toss.
