INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Finely crushed pretzels |
| 1/3 | c | Sugar |
| 2/3 | c | Butter or margarine melted |
| 2 | c | Boiling water |
| 1 | pk | (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin |
| 1 | c | Cold water |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Grated lime peel |
| 1 | pt | Vanilla ice cream softened |
| 8 | oz | COOL WHIP Whipped Toppingthawed |
INSTRUCTIONS
* Or 2 packages (4-serving size) can be substituted for one package (8- serving) size. HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX crushed pretzels, 1/3 cup sugar and melted butter in 13x9-inch baking pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lime peel. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Spoon over crust. REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Spread whipped topping evenly over top of dessert. Cut into squares. Garnish as desired.
