1 1/2 c Low-fat plain kefir; (yogurt drink) *see note 1
1/2 c Grape juice
2 tb Honey
1 Banana
2 1/2 c Frozen blackberries; strawberries and raspberries *see note 2

INSTRUCTIONS

*Note 1 - I use raspberry kefir
*Note 2 - I eliminate the blackberries
Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender. Add the
berries and blend until smooth. Strain or put through sieve {note: I
don't strain}.
