Following the guidelines posted recently, I just made a Smoothie for
breakfast this morning, and fed some to my husband. He raved about it, and
I'm now committed to making them every Sunday for our lazy breakfasts in
front of the TV watching the Sunday morning news programs. Here's my
version:
