INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1 c Shredded wheat bran cereal
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 c Skim milk
1/4 c Dark molasses
3 tb Vegetable oil
Vegetable Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk, molasses, and oil; add quickly to dryingredients,
stirring until moistened. Spoon into muffin pans coated with cooking spray,
filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 120 calories per
muffin
