INGREDIENTS

6 c Broccoli pieces; (1 large bunch)
1 ts Extra virgin olive oil
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1/4 c Cold water; more or less to taste
Soy sauce; or salt to taste
Red pepper flakes; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Separate the broccoli florets from the stems. Peel the stems, and cut
into bite sized pieces. Break the florets into bite sized pieces.
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Tightly cover and
let steam for no more than 5 minutes. The broccoli should be bright
green.
Per serving: 50 Calories; 2g Fat (23% calories from fat); 4g Protein;
8g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 37mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 1 1/2
