Roll (6-oz) Kraft garlic cheese |

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt as directed on package. Cool
15 minutes. Melt butter or margarine and 3/4 roll of cheese together and
add to grits. Beat eggs and milk. Add sour cream. Add mixture slowly to
grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese
that has been grated or cut into small pieces and cornflakes. Bake for 45
minutes at 350°. Yield: 8 servings.
