Sweet frozen strawberries; thawed |

(peaches may be substituted for the strawberries) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar with egg yolks; mix well. Add a little Half & Half; mix. Beat egg
whites until stiff; add sugar mixture, strawberries and the remaining Half
& Half. Put into ice cream freezer. Make as usual. Serves 6 to 10.
