Beth’s Fresh Sorrel Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 lg Bunch sorrel leaves (12-15) stems removed
5 Sprigs fresh basil leaves
1/2 c Fresh parsley leaves
1/2 c Olive oil
1 Garlic clove
2 Oranges, fresh juice of
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and whirl together until liquified in a blender.
Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad.
