2 tb Baking powder
1 1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
1 tb Salad oil (pure virgin olive is best)
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Passed down from my Grandfather who hails from the English Midlands....
Combine all that and start dipping and deep frying. The batter turns out
light, crisp and brown.
