INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Buttermilk Baking Mix; (like Bisquick) |
| 1/2 | c | Yellow cornmeal |
| 3/4 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1/2 | c | Margarine; melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk. Beat until well blended. Carefully stir in melted margarine (it may splatter). Pour into greased 9 in. square pan.
