INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare cake according to directions. Best when baked in a 13X9X2
pan. When cake has cooled, make holes in cake (Like with the end of a
wooden spoon) Pour the following over cake: 1/2 jar of caramel
topping and 1/2 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.(Do not
mix) Frost with Cool Whip and then top with: 4(or as many as you
like) crushed Heath Bars (Toffee).
