INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Box yellow cake mix | |
| 1 | Box (sm.) vanilla instant pudding | |

| 1 | pk | (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate, grated |
| 1/2 | c | Oil |
| 1/2 | c | Water |
| 8 | oz | Sour cream |
| 1 | pk | (6 oz.) chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | Chopped pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first seven ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 55 minutes.
