INGREDIENTS

1 pt Beer; light or dark
2 tb Sugar (less if dark beer is used)
3 dr Lemon juice (up to)
3 Egg yolks

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water
& slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
