INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
1/2 c Sugar
2 Garlic cloves, mashed
5 T Virgin olive oil
1 t Salt
Fresh pepper to taste
1/2 c Red wine vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

DIRECTIONS  In a Blender, Food Processor, or by hand, combine first 5
ingredients  and form a "paste".  When fully combined, add 1/2 cup Red
Wine  Vinegar (or Vinegar of choice) and continue until fully
emulsified.  TIPS  You may substitute 1/2 cup of Honey for sugar.
Adjust ingredient  amounts to your particular taste after first
following exact recipe.  I've even added a few anchovies during first
step.  Have fun with this  recipe.  It's really delicious.  Enjoix!
