Bill’s Scallion And Dill Dip

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Sour cream
1 T Lemon juice
1 Scallion, green onion
minced
1 t Dried dill
1 ds Garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Milk, if needed

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients except milk thoroughly.  If dip is too stiff, add
small amounts of milk, mixing well after each  addition, until desired
consistency is obtained.  A nice, light dip that works well for dipping
