INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all together, let soak for 1/2 to 3 hours (depends on how you like
the oat); sweeten as you like it - the less sugar, the more healthy.
You see, it is a rather Pi.times.wrist recipe, but that's the way B.muesly
is done nowadays.
I will find out the original (as recommended by MD. Bircher, the
inventor); however, it is probably not what you had in Beijing...
