INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white until stiff. Roll dough in little balls, size of walnut.
Then roll in egg white and ground nuts. Press thumb in center to leave
small print. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven. Fill center with jam or
maraschino cherry. Bake for 5 minutes more.
