INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla
2. Add dry ingredients. ------------------------HOW TO FORM THE
BISCOTTI-------------------- a. Roll dough out into a big snake --
form into about three rolls b. Pat down ( you may brush on milk) 3.
Bake about 20 minutes at 350°F.
4. Slice into diagonal cookies; place on sides and bake at 200 ° F. to
brown (10 minutes)
NOTES : This gal is very Italian! A wonderful woman and a teacher
to-boot!
