INGREDIENTS

4 Whole eggs
1 c Butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
3 1/2 c Flour
Salt
1 1/2 t Baking powder
Nuts
1 t Anise seed

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla Add dry ingredients.
~-----------------------HOW TO FORM THE BISCOTTI--------------------
a. Roll dough out into a big snake -- form into about three rolls b.
Pat down ( you may brush on milk) 3. Bake about 20 minutes at 350øF.
Slice into diagonal cookies; place on sides and bake at 200 ø F. to
brown (10 minutes)  NOTES : This gal is very Italian!  A wonderful
