INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, cream of tartar and sugar; cut in
shortening. Add milk and stir. Roll or pat 1/2 inch thick and cut out with
biscuit cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 450 degree oven 10 - 12
minutes.
