God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
If we do not keep people’s eternal plight in mind, then immediate needs will force their way to the top of our agenda, and we will betray the gospel and the people we profess to love. The most loving thing we can do for the poor is to proclaim the good news of eternal salvation through Christ (Tim Chester).

INSTRUCTIONS
FREDDIE JOHNSON MDTF77A
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce,
garlic salt and chili powder and simmer. Combine pizza cheese, sour cream
and egg and mix well. Remove meat from heat and stir in sour cream mixture.
Separate biscuits into halves. Put 10 halves into bottom of a 9 x 9" pan.
Spoon meat sauce over biscuits. Arrange other biscuits on top of meat and
cover with slices of American cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until
golden brown. Source: The Congressional Club Cookbook '76. *NOTE: I used
mozzarella. I also used light sour cream. NOTE: Made this 11/12/97. Very
good, nice for cold weather dish. F.J.
