STREUSEL TOPPING
CAKE: Heat oven to 400. Mix ingredients. Beat vigorously with spoon 1/2
minute. Spread in greased 9x1-1/2 inch round layer pan. Sprinkle with
steusel topping. Bake 20 -25 minutes. Serve warm with butter. TOPPING:
Blend all ingredients with fork or pastry blender until crumbly.
