Black Bean And Rice Burritos

INGREDIENTS

1 c Rice brown uncooked
15 oz Black beans canned
12 Tortilla flour, 6" dia.
1 T Garlic clove minced
1 Tomato raw
1/2 c Onion chopped
2 t Chili powder
1/2 c Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook rice and set aside. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place in
a 200 deg oven to warm.  Put all the other ingredients with the
exception of salsa in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5 minutes until  tomatoes
soften. Stir in the warm rice and salsa. Spread on tortilla  and roll
