3 tb Hot salsa
2 Scallions; minced
1/2 c Low fat cottage cheese
1 ts Tabasco sauce
2 ts Cumin
1 ts Coriander
Fresh ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation time: 5 minutes 12 servings/Serving Size 2 Thsp.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a
little water, if necessary, to blend mixture thoroughly.
