INGREDIENTS

1 c Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned; uncooked)
1 c Quaker 100% natural cereal; crushed to 3/4 c
1/3 c Margarine or butter; melted
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
2/3 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 pk (6-oz) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels; melted
1/4 c Whipping cream
1 cn (21-oz) cherry pie filling

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 9" springform pan. Combine first four
ingredients. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Bake 15 min. Cool. Beat
cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at med speed of electric mixer
until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in
chocolate and cream. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour or until center is almost
set. Cool completely; remove rim. Chill. Spread pie filling over top. Serve
with whipped cream, if desired.
