INGREDIENTS

15 g Butter, 1/2oz
1 t Sesame oil
2 Leeks, finely shredded and
thoroughly washed
5 Fresh ginger, finely
shredded
1/4 inch
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 125 gram pac black trumpet
mushrooms brushed and
sliced
1 ds Soy sauce
1 pn Salt
1 pn Sugar
1 t Cornflour
1 T Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the butter and oil in a frying pan and over a moderate heat
saute the leek, ginger and garlic for approximately 1 minute. Add the
mushrooms and continue to saute for a further 3-4 minutes.  Add the soy
sauce, salt and sugar and if the mixture is wet add the  cornflour
combined with the water. Serve immediately.  Converted by MC_Buster.
NOTES : A quick stir-fry accompaniment comprising of wild mushrooms,
