Black Walnut Bread

INGREDIENTS

CRAIG GARDINER (KNHT09A)
1 Egg; beat
1 c Brown sugar; pack
1 c Milk
1 c Black walnuts; chop
3 c All-purpose flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 pn Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix egg, beaten, with sugar, milk, and chopped black walnuts; then blend in
flour mixed with baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Spoon batter into a
buttered bread pan and let stand 20 minutes before baking for one hour in a
slow oven (325 F.). [Recipe can be used for other nut breads.]
