Black Walnut Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Flour; sifted
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 sm Can evaporated milk
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Black walnuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, oil and eggs. Add
vanilla. Mix well. Combine evaporated milk and water, add to batter to make
a smooth consistency. While beating, add black walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees
for 20-25 minutes (Until toothpick comes out clean). Frost with a cream
cheese frosting.
