INGREDIENTS

3 lb Catfish fillets
2 Sticks melted butter
1 ts Cayenne; (red) pepper
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Rosemary; crushed
1/2 ts Tarragon
1 1/2 tb Paprika
1 ts Salt
1 ts Onion salt
1 ts Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix butter and seasonings together. Dip fish fillets in butter mixture.
Grill on a hot grill (outside). Turn only once with a long spatula.
