INSTRUCTIONS
Put the mango pieces, water, lime juice and sugar in a blender and blend at
high until foamy. Pour the golden liquid through a strainer into a tall
glass and enjoy.

Notes: Other ripe fruits such as peaches, plums pineapples, papaya,
bananas, melons and strawberries would be tasty alternatives. Mix and
match. You can substitute orange juice for the water. The general ratio is
1 cup very ripe fruit to 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon sugar, and a squirt of
lime juice.
