INGREDIENTS

1 c Ripe mango chunks
1 c Cold water
1 Lime, juice of
1 T Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the mango pieces, water, lime juice and sugar in a blender and
blend at high until foamy. Pour the golden liquid through a strainer

alternatives. Mix and  match. You can substitute orange juice for the
water. The general  ratio is 1 cup very ripe fruit to 1 cup water, 1
