INGREDIENTS

3 Tart green apples; cored and chopped
(about 5 cups)
3 c Thinly sliced cabbage; (3 to 5)
1/4 lb Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 c Sour cream
3 tb Grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tb Thinly sliced green onion; (1 1/2 to 2)
1 1/2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Chopped chives
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss well. Cover and refrigerate
