1/4 lb Bleu cheese
3/4 c Salad oil
1 ts Grated lemon rind
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 c Sour cream
Minced garlic to taste
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Monosodium glutamate

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash cheese with fork or mix with electric mixer; blend in salad oil until
smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for several
